Venice Christmas Boat Parade: Jetties/Intercoastal Waterway. Saturday, December 3rd, 6:00 P.M. Boats large & small decorated with Holiday Lights form a stately regatta for your viewing pleasure.
Sarasota Holiday Parade: Main St. Sarasota, Fl. Saturday, December 3rd, 7:00 P.M. Marching Bands, Holiday Floats and Santa Claus are welcomed to Sarasota to launch the Holiday Season
Sarasota Beach Seafood and Music Festival: Saturday and Sunday: Siesta Beach: 948 Beach Rd. Siesta Key. December 3rd & 4th. Bury your toes in the sand, munch on local seafood, listen to music while you watch the spectacular sunset all the while thinking of your friends shivering up North. North Port Tree Lighting and Poinsettia Festival: City Center Complex. 4970 City Hall Blvd, North Port. Friday, December 2nd, 6:00 – 9:30 P.M. The Velvet Jones Band will kick off the Holiday Season accompanied by local choirs and the lighting of the Holiday Tree. Lots of fun activities for the kids. Food Vendors will be on site, so bring your lawn chairs or blankets.
5th Annual Bradenton Blues Festival: Bradenton Riverwalk, 452 Third Ave, West, Bradenton. Friday, December 2 – Saturday December 3rd. This event keeps growing and growing every year and offers something for everyone under the “Blue’s Umbrella” .
